Acquisition Criteria

• Manufacturers of capital equipment, preferably specialty trucks or truck bodies, that hold the #1 or #2 market position in growing markets.
• Companies that can enhance our current corporate culture and deliver synergies in purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and product development.
• Acquisitions that can be accretive within the first full year of ownership.
• In small-scale acquisitions (typically revenues of $150 million or less), we look to extend our existing product lines to offer a broader selection to our customers.
